Metra specialises in providing forecasting services for the energy sector. Temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, solar radiation and precipitation are the key weather variables that affect energy demand and the ability to supply it. Forecasts for these key weather variables can be provided in the time step that you want – down to hourly or half-hourly, out to 72 hours for any specific location or range of locations.

Forecasts are updated four times a day. Longer term daily forecasts out to fourteen days can also be provided.
